What is coaching?
Coaching is a type of talk therapy where Rachel will draw out your thoughts and emotions through questions. Rachel will help you see how your thoughts and feelings are directly related to what you are doing and the results you’re receiving. She offers a way to turn around stuck thoughts and feelings and leads you to a place where you can achieve what you most desire. This is usually accomplished in one session.
